  • 訂閱管理責任

會員有責任於續費日前，透過「帳戶 → 管理訂閱（Manage Subscriptions）」自行操作 升級、降級或取消。

本平台與課程方對於因未取消而產生之後續扣款 不負退款義務。

  • 取消生效時點

您可隨時取消訂閱；取消後，會員權益將保留至本期結束，系統 不再 產生下一期費用。

  • 退款政策

除因適用法律強制規定，購買後之費用皆不予退還。

若您在課程試看期內提出退款申請，系統將於 5–10 個工作天原路退回款項，並立即收回課程／會員權限。

9. Membership Subscription Terms and Condition

  • Automatic Renewal

Your subscription plan renews automatically (monthly or yearly) at the original price and interval you selected at checkout. The same payment method on file will be charged on each renewal date.

  • Subscriber Responsibility

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription before the next billing date via Account → Manage Subscriptions. The creator/platform is not obliged to refund charges that occur because a subscription was not canceled in time.

  • Cancellation Effective Date

You may cancel at any time. After canceling, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.

  • Refund Policy

Except where local law requires otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel within an advertised trial period, the full amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and your course access will be removed immediately.
